The firm provides financial and investment advice to individuals on a fee-only basis as outlined below:
1) For clients with less than one million ($1,000,000) under management valued on the last day of each quarter, a minimum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
2) For clients with greater than one million ($1,000,000) and less than five million ($5,000,000) under management valued on the last day of each calendar quarter, 0.75% of assets or a minimum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000), whichever is greater.
3) For clients with five million ($5,000,000) or more under management valued on the last day of each quarter, 0.50% of assets.
For percentage of assets fees, the quarterly fee will be calculated by multiplying the total account value on the last day of each quarter by 0.001875 or 0.00125 respectively.
Third party brokerage fees may be incurred in addition to management fees.

After assessing the appropriate asset mix of each portfolio, Gooch & Company selects specific investments, monitors fluctuations, and maintains on-going support for each individual account. With its carefully selected clientele, Gooch & Company is able to offer continuous communication and provide personalized financial advice for each individual client.
Gooch & Company suggests a client should have a minimum of $1,000,000 in liquid assets.
